At Originals Furniture, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces and want you to be completely satisfied with your home investment. If a selection doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove furniture carriers to schedule a convenient time for professional collection from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and return shipping fees.
